Making a booking

How the booking flow works, when to book, and what happens after you confirm.

Choose your airport and destination on the homepage, pick a date and the number of travellers, and the price appears live. You'll then move through four short steps (details, transfer info, luggage, payment) and confirm the booking with a small deposit paid by card. The remainder is settled in EUR with the driver on the day.
Yes. On the search widget, toggle the direction so the resort is the pickup and the airport is the drop-off, then choose "One way". Fill in your flight number so the driver can time the pickup correctly — we suggest a pickup time three hours before your flight, and you can adjust it during the booking.
You can book up to 24 hours before pickup through the site. Anything closer than that, please contact us — we can often still arrange a vehicle at short notice, but it needs to go through the team so we can confirm driver availability.
Check your spam or promotions folder first — most missing confirmations turn up there. If it's still not arriving, drop us your booking reference and email address via the contact page and we'll resend it within a few minutes.
Send us a quote request via the site. Tell us the airport, resort, dates and number of travellers, and one of the team will come back with a fixed price for the transfer if we can cover it.
No. Every booking is a private vehicle for your party only — no shared shuttles, no stopping to collect other passengers. The car is yours from the moment you meet the driver to the drop-off.
Yes. Add an extra stop during Step 3 of the booking (luggage and extras). There's a small fixed charge for it, and you can enter the address at booking or share it with the driver before pickup.
As soon as your flights are confirmed. Peak-season vehicles at the busiest airports do sell out, and booking early locks in your price and vehicle class. There's no penalty for booking well ahead — changes and cancellations are free up to 48 hours before pickup.

Luggage and extras

What you can bring, seat requirements, and how we handle special items.

Every passenger gets one medium suitcase plus one piece of hand luggage as standard. The vehicle class the system picks for your party accounts for that allowance; if you need more, add extra suitcases in Step 3 and the system will re-check the vehicle capacity.
Yes. A folding wheelchair travels as an extra item and fits in the boot of any of our vehicle classes. Mention it in Step 3 or the special-instructions box so the driver knows to leave room.
No, pushchairs count as an additional item and travel free of charge. Note it in the special-instructions field so the driver reserves boot space for it — especially useful for larger prams and travel systems.
Bikes need to be boxed or bagged, and depending on the size we may need to allocate a larger vehicle. Add "bikes" as an extra in Step 3 and tell us how many; the system re-quotes with the right vehicle class.
Yes — child and booster seats are added in Step 3. On most routes they're included free of charge; on a few longer-distance runs there's a small supplement, which appears in the price breakdown before you pay.
Yes, on most routes. Battery-powered mobility scooters need to be listed at booking so we can assign a vehicle with the right boot access and inform the driver in advance. Add it in Step 3 or contact us directly for oversized units.
Yes. Bump the suitcase count in Step 3 and the system will re-check that the vehicle you've been quoted still fits everyone plus the extra bags. If it doesn't, it will suggest a larger class with the updated price.
Contact us as soon as you notice, with your booking reference and a description of the item. We'll reach the driver directly and coordinate returning it — most items are back with the customer within 24 hours on the island.

Pricing and payments

How the price is made up, what you pay online, and what the driver collects.

The booking fee secures the vehicle, driver, and pickup slot in your name — it's what confirms the reservation. Splitting the total this way keeps the overall price lower than paying the full amount online, and the driver's portion is paid in EUR at the actual point of service.
It's a confirmation fee, not a deposit — it's part of your total, not on top of it. The price you see at checkout is the full price; some paid to us now to confirm, the rest paid to the driver on the day.
No. There are no surcharges for using a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The amount at checkout is the amount charged.
Most drivers now carry a card reader and accept both cash and card in EUR. If you'd rather pay by card at the end of the journey, mention it when you get in the vehicle and the driver will have the terminal ready on arrival.
No. The price you're quoted at booking is the price the driver collects, full stop. There are no separate surcharges for late-night pickups, luggage, waiting time within the standard grace window, or anything else.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. All payments are 3D-Secure where your bank requires it.
Payments are processed by Stripe — your card details are entered directly into Stripe's PCI-compliant form and never touch our servers. The connection to our site is HTTPS end-to-end, and we don't store card numbers ourselves.
We run occasional promotional codes — if you have one, enter it during Step 4 of the booking and the discount applies to the amount you pay online. Round-trip bookings are automatically cheaper than two separate one-ways on most routes.

Amendments and cancellation

How to change dates, add passengers, cancel, or reschedule.

Yes. Free changes are available up to 48 hours before pickup. Reply to your confirmation email or contact us with the booking reference and the change you need — dates, times, addresses, passenger counts — and we'll update the driver directly.
Contact us with your booking reference and the vehicle class you'd like to move up to. We'll quote the difference and, once confirmed, update the booking. Upgrades are typically available up to 48 hours before pickup.
Yes — most vehicle classes have room for one or two extras above the standard allocation. Send us the updated passenger count and we'll check the vehicle fit; if a larger class is required, we'll quote the difference before making the change.
Let us know as soon as you have the new flight details. For inbound flights we track the arrival automatically, but sharing the change means we can confirm the driver, especially for departures shifted by many hours or moved to a different day.
Yes. Cancellations 48 hours or more before pickup are free of charge. Inside 48 hours we may apply a small charge to cover the driver's committed time — email us with the reference and we'll handle it.
For cancellations 48 hours or more before pickup, yes — the booking fee is refunded back to the card that paid. Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to appear on your statement.
Contact us directly rather than the driver. If it's more than 48 hours before pickup, cancellation is free. Inside that window we'll do our best to help, especially if a genuine reason (missed flight, illness) is involved — we're reasonable about last-minute changes.
Reschedules 48 hours or more before pickup are free. We'll simply move the booking to the new date at the same price, subject to vehicle availability. Inside 48 hours we can usually still shift things without a charge for genuine reasons.

Before you travel

Documents to bring, when you'll hear from the driver, and pre-trip logistics.

No — the confirmation email is the confirmation. Nothing more is required from you. We'll be in touch 24 hours before pickup with the driver's name, vehicle description and direct number.
Save the confirmation email offline before you fly. It has your booking reference, the driver's contact details, and a printable voucher. Airports can have patchy Wi-Fi between disembarkation and arrivals — having it on your phone means you're covered.
Check spam and promotions folders first. If it's still missing, contact us with your name and email address and we'll resend the confirmation and voucher within a few minutes.
Yes — 24 hours before pickup you'll receive an email (and a text where possible) with the driver's name, vehicle make/model, and a direct mobile number in case you need to reach them on the day.
Contact us with your name, travel dates and email address, and we'll resend it. Save the resent copy to your phone (screenshot or offline PDF) so you have it even without a signal.
You don't need to — we track your flight automatically and the driver adjusts. That said, if it's a very long delay or a diversion, a quick message to us or directly to the driver helps everyone confirm the new plan.
Often, yes. Corporate transfers, group bookings across multiple vehicles, VIP requests, unusual pickup addresses — send us a message with the details and one of the team will get back to you.
Small pets in a carrier are usually fine — mention the pet at booking so the driver knows in advance. Assistance dogs travel free of charge on any route. For larger animals, contact us and we'll match you with a driver willing to carry them.

During your travel

Meeting the driver, flight delays, and what to do at the airport.

Drivers wait up to 90 minutes after landing at no extra charge — that covers passport control, baggage collection, and a slower-than-average walk to arrivals. If you're going to be longer, a quick message to the driver keeps everyone on the same page.
We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically for delays. For diversions, the driver will contact you or wait for word from us before moving. You won't be charged for a delay outside your control.
Don't leave the arrivals hall. Call the driver's direct number from your confirmation email — they answer immediately and will position themselves for you to spot. If the number isn't going through, call the dispatch line, also in the confirmation, and one of the team will reach the driver on your behalf.
It's the fastest way to reach the driver if arrivals is chaotic, if you get held up at passport control, or if plans change at the last minute. Roaming isn't required — most airports have decent Wi-Fi, and the confirmation email works offline once opened.
Drivers position themselves 15 minutes before the scheduled landing time, so a modestly early arrival is covered. For seriously early landings, wait in the arrivals area until the driver reaches the meeting point — a quick call speeds things up.
Every driver on our roster carries a local transport licence and public liability. Vehicles are inspected under the local operator's rota. The confirmation email lists the exact driver, vehicle registration and dispatcher number so there's no mystery about who's picking you up.
Tips aren't expected and never chased. If a driver goes above and beyond, a small cash tip is always appreciated but never required. The price you pay covers the driver's fare in full.
Once you meet the driver and load the luggage, you're off — no waiting for other passengers, no shared-shuttle delays. The full journey is you, your party, and the driver, direct to your accommodation.
